doc: Fix misuses of @ref.

* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix-daemon, Features, Invoking guix download,
  Invoking guix refresh, GNU Distribution, Package Modules, Packaging
  Guidelines, Package Naming): Replace misuses of @ref with @xref or
  @pxref.
