services: rsync: support binding rsync to a specific IP address

Browse source 
* gnu/services/rsync.scm (<rsync-configuration>)[address]: New field.
(rsync-config-file): Honor it.
* doc/guix.texi (Networking Services): Document new address rsync
configuration option.
