environment: Add --manifest option.
* guix/scripts/environment.scm (show-help, %options): Add -m/--manifest. (options/resolve-packages): Handle manifests. * tests/guix-envronment.sh: Add a test. * doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix environment): Document it.
