guix: packages: Add %32bit-supported-systems, %64bit-supported-systems.

* guix/packages.scm (%32bit-supported-systems,
%64bit-supported-systems): New variables.
(%supported-systems): Rewrite using %32bit-supported-systems,
%64bit-supported-systems.
