gnu: sddm: Use qt-build-system.
* gnu/packages/display-managers.scm (sddm): Use qt-build-sytem. [arguments]<modules, imported-modules>: Remove. <phases>: Base on phases from qt-build-system. {wrap-programs}: Remove.
