services: oci-container: Allow setting Shepherd log-file in oci-container-configuration.

Browse source 
* gnu/services/docker.scm (oci-container-configuration)
[log-file]: New field.
(oci-container-shepherd-service): use it.

* doc/guix.texi: Document it.
