* guix/import/crate.scm: New file.
* guix/scripts/import/crate.scm: New file.
* guix/scripts/import.scm (importers): Add crate importer.
* tests/crate.scm: New file.
* doc/guix.texi: Add crate importer to table.
* Makefile.am (MODULES, SCM_TESTS): Add files.
