gnu: emacs: Fix indentation of scheme keyword lists.

* gnu/packages/patches/emacs-fix-scheme-indent-function.patch: New patch.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/emacs.scm (emacs)[source]: Use it.
