ftp-client: Add timeout parameter to 'ftp-open'.

* guix/ftp-client.scm (catch-EINPROGRESS): New macro.
(connect*): New procedure.
(ftp-open): Add #:timeout parameter.  Use 'connect*' instead of
'connect' and pass it TIMEOUT.
