gnu: Add ath9k-htc-firmware.

* gnu/packages/firmware.scm: New file.
* gnu/packages/patches/ath9k-htc-firmware-objcopy.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add 'firmware.scm'.
  (dist_patch_DATA): Add the patch.
