gnu: Add ocaml-gen.

* gnu/packages/ocaml.scm (ocaml-gen): New variable.
  (ocaml4.07-gen): Remove variable.
  (ocaml4.07-sedlex): Replace ocaml4.07-gen with ocaml-gen.
