gnu: netpbm: Look for 'gsc' instead of 'gs'.

This is a followup to commit eb354bdacb.

* gnu/packages/netpbm.scm (netpbm)[arguments]: In 'configure' phase,
patch 'pstopnm.c' to look for 'gsc'.
