emacs: list: Generalize 'sort-key' code.

* emacs/guix-list.el (guix-list-sort-key): New procedure.
  (guix-list-tabulated-sort-key): Use it.
  (guix-list-define-entry-type): Generate
  'guix-ENTRY-TYPE-list-sort-key' variables.
