daemon: Remove unused XML output code.

* nix/local.mk (libutil_a_SOURCES): Remove libutil/xml-writer.cc.
(libutil_headers): Remove libutil/xml-writer.hh.
* nix/libutil/xml-writer.hh, nix/libutil/xml-writer.cc: Remove.
