[native-inputs]: Replace qttools-5 with qttools.
[inputs]: Replace qtbase-5 with qtbase, qtdeclarative-5 with qtdeclarative,
qtmultimedia-5 with qtmultimedia.  Remove qtgraphicaleffects,
qtquickcontrols-5, qtquickcontrols2-5, qtsvg-5, qtwebsockets-5, qtx11extras.
