services: rottlog: More convenient default options for <log-rotation>.

Browse source 
* gnu/services/admin.scm (%default-log-rotation-options): New variable.
(%default-rotations): Use it.
* gnu/services/cuirass.scm (cuirass-log-rotations): Likewise.
* doc/guix.texi (Log Rotation): Adjust accordingly.
