gnu: Move go-golang-org-x-crypto-union from syncthing.scm to golang.scm

* gnu/packages/syncthing.scm (go-golang-org-x-crypto-union): Delete.
* gnu/packages/golang.scm (go-golang-org-x-crypto-union): Add.
