services: knot: Remove obsolete DISABLE-ANY? zone option.

It is now silently ignored by knotd.

* gnu/services/dns.scm (<knot-zone-configuration>):
Remove DISABLE-ANY? field.  Adjust all previous users.
* doc/guix.texi (DNS Services): Undocument it.
