gnu: xorg: Add patch to fix sis driver crashes.

* gnu/packages/patches/xf86-video-sis-fix-exa-crash.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/xorg.scm (xf86-video-sis): Use it.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
