gnu: Add python-pyfakefs and python2-pyfakefs.

* gnu/packages/patches/python-pyfakefs-remove-bad-test.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add the patch.
* gnu/packages/check.scm (python-pyfakefs, python2-pyfakefs): New
  variables.
