gnu: superlu: Update to 5.2.1.

* gnu/packages/maths.scm (superlu): Update to 5.2.1.
[source]: Remove non-free MC64 code.
[inputs]: Use openblas instead of lapack's BLAS.
[build-system]: Use cmake-build-system.
[arguments]: Remove custom phases and replace with CMake flags.
[license]: List additional licenses for some source and example files.
