gnu: upx: Fix CVE-2017-15056.

* gnu/packages/patches/upx-protect-against-bad-crafted-input.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/compression.scm (upx)[source]: Use it.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
