Subject: [PATCH] gnu: python: Build reproducibly.

* gnu/packages/python.scm (python-3.7)[arguments]: Set PYTHONHASHSEED before
rebuilding all bytecode.  Adjust regex so that lib2to3_ex.py gets compiled.
