gnu: gsl: Disable failing tests on i686.

* gnu/packages/patches/gsl-test-i686.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/maths.scm (gsl)[source](patches): New field.
