gnu: pigz: Update to 2.7.

* gnu/packages/compression.scm (pigz): Update to 2.7.
[arguments]: Run ‘make test’ rather than ‘tests’.  The latter tests
the NOTHREAD build that's never installed, and broken.
[native-inputs]: Add which.
