gnu: oil: Update to 0.8.pre5.

* gnu/packages/shells.scm (oil): Update to 0.8.pre5.
[arguments]: Perform ‘patch-compiler-invocation’ phase as part of
'configure.  Remove ‘make-destination’ phase.  Run a basic smoke test.
[synopsis, description]: Update.
