Add (guix build-system trivial).

* guix/build-system/trivial.scm: New file.
* Makefile.am (MODULES): Add it.
* tests/packages.scm ("trivial"): New test.

* guix/packages.scm (package-derivation): Allow SOURCE to be #f.
