* doc/guix.texi (Mail Services): Replace 'dovecot-service' with 'dovecot-service-type'.
* gnu/services/mail.scm (dovecot-service-type): Set default value.
(dovecot-service): Deprecate procedure.
* gnu/tests/mail.scm (%dovecot-os): Use dovecot-service-type.
