vm: Use a para-virtualized disk when creating an image.

* guix/build/vm.scm (load-in-linux-vm): When MAKE-DISK-IMAGE?, use
  '-drive ...,if=virtio' for better performance.
* gnu/system/vm.scm (qemu-image): Use /dev/vda instead of /dev/sda.
