* gnu/packages/libusb.scm (libplist): Update to 2.1.0.
[source]: Use GIT-FETCH and GIT-FILE-NAME.
[arguments]: Add ‘configure-later’ phase.
[native-inputs]: Add autoconf, automake, and libtool.
