* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (dia): Update to 0.97.3-2.3cf7ec4.
[build-system]: Use Meson.
[inputs]: Add graphene, libxslt, poppler, and python-2.
Remove freetype, gdk-pixbuf, libart-lgpl, and pango.
[native-inputs]: Add appstream-glib and docbook-xsl.
Remove autoconf, automake, libtool, perl, and python-wrapper.
