* guix/build/union.scm: Rewrite; only 'file=?' remains unchanged. Remove
'tree-union' and 'delete-duplicate-leaves' exports. Merge inputs in a
breadth-first fashion. Follow symlinks for purposes of making decisions
about the merge.
