* gnu/packages/patches/zig-disable-libc-note-test.patch,
gnu/packages/patches/zig-use-system-paths.patch: New files.
* gnu/packages/zig.scm: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES, dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
