gnu: openboardview: Unbundle imgui.
* gnu/packages/patches/openboardview-use-system-imgui.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/electronics.scm (openboardview)[source]: Delete "imgui"
subdirectory from snippet and apply patch.
[inputs]{imgui}: New input.
