* gnu/installer.scm, gnu/packages/algebra.scm, gnu/packages/base.scm,
gnu/packages/cook.scm, gnu/packages/lisp.scm,
gnu/packages/patchutils.scm, gnu/packages/version-control.scm,
gnu/packages/web-browsers.scm, gnu/system.scm: Adjust module imports.
