* gnu/packages/patches/open-zwave-hidapi.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/zwave.scm (open-zwave)[source](patches): New field.
(snippet): Delete 'cpp/hidapi'.
[native-inputs]: Add PKG-CONFIG.
[inputs]: Add HIDAPI.
