* gnu/packages/patches/hop-linker-flags.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/scheme.scm (source)[patches]: Use it.
  (arguments)[phases]: Remove patch-rpath phase.
  [modules, imported-modules]: Remove.
  (native-inputs): Remove field.
