* gnu/packages/patches/gdb-python-3.7.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/gdb.scm (gdb)[source](patches): New field.

Fix build failure with Python 3.7 and newer.
