* gnu/packages/docker.scm (docker): New variable.
* gnu/packages/patches/docker-engine-test-noinstall.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/patches/docker-fix-tests.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add them.

Use a shorter one.
